The Gubble Series of games started development in 1995. PC Gubble was released in 1997, followed by Gubble 2, Gubble Buggy Racer, and Gubble for the PS1.

In 2007 Actual Entertainment released Gubble HD Anniversary Edition, an extensive remake of the original Gubble, with new scoring, much improved graphics, and three difficulty levels to make Gubble accessible to beginners and a tough challenge for experts.
